Madison Dal Bello

Director / Instructor 

Born and raised in Guelph, ON, Madison has been dancing since the age of four. During her dance career she has competed all over Ontario. Madison is a dynamic and results-driven dance instructor and Director.  With more than 10 Years experience in teaching and choreographing, Madison understands how to get the best out of her dancers. Under her direction Elite Dance Project has brought home many wins, choreography awards and overalls.  Madison has gone through many training programs to ensure her dancers are learning the most current education.  She had graduated from Centennial College Dance Performance Program in Toronto in 2019, Module 1 Alixa Flexibility, Professional Adjudicator Alliance, Millennium Dance Complex Certificate Program in California as well as multiple certifications through acrobatic arts (Module 1, Module 2, Aerial, back handspring, back tuck & back layout all exams with distinction).   She has taken classes with many choreographers and has learned many different styles in both United States and Canada.  As a studio owner, dance instructor and adjudicator, giving all the information and knowledge learned so far to her students will help them grow and succeed into our new generation!

Madison Struthers

Instructor 

Madison Struthers is a dedicated and accomplished dance educator in Acro, Jazz, Lyrical, Technique, and Ballet. She trained extensively at Elite Dance Project, where she developed strong technical foundations and a commitment to high-level dance training.

Madison has completed her Acrobatic Arts examinations up to Pre-Professional 1 and holds her Module 1 Teacher Certification through Acrobatic Arts, achieving Distinction. Her training allows her to safely progress dancers through advanced acrobatic skills while maintaining proper technique, strength, and body awareness.

As a competitive dancer, Madison has earned multiple overall awards and recognitions at competitions throughout Canada and the United States, reflecting both her technical ability and performance quality.

Madison is passionate about developing strong, versatile, and confident dancers. She is committed to providing disciplined, high-quality training while inspiring students to pursue excellence, artistry, and professionalism both on and off the stage.

Stephany Collins

Instructor 

Stephany has been an influential member of the dance industry for over 30 years as both a competitive dancer and educator. Throughout her career, she has trained with many renowned artists including Gus Giordano, Keith Diorio, Matthew Clark, Allain Lupien, Faye & Brian Foley, Scott Kufske, Anna Marie Oliver, and Jo-Anne Chapman, gaining invaluable knowledge from some of the most respected leaders in the dance world.

Stephany is technically trained in the CDTA syllabus, holding Advanced Certificates in both Tap and Jazz, and earned the prestigious distinction of High Honours on her Advanced Tap Examination. She has also completed her Teacher Training Certificate through Dance Masters of America, further strengthening her commitment to excellence in dance education.

Over the years, Stephany has trained and mentored many competitive dancers who have gone on to pursue successful careers in the industry as studio owners, educators, performers, and adjudicators. She is passionate about developing technically strong, confident performers while inspiring dancers to reach their highest potential both on and off the stage.

Amber Dow 

Instructor 

Amber Dow has been part of the Guelph dance community since the age of three. She began her early training at Tip Tap and Toes and Little Gym before continuing her dance education at the Royal City School of Ballet, where she has trained for the past ten years. During this time, Amber completed her ISTD Grade 5 Modern Theatre Jazz as well as her RAD Intermediate Foundation and Intermediate Ballet examinations, and is currently training in the RAD Advanced 1 and Advanced 2 syllabus.

For the past three years, Amber has assisted with the Jörgen Ballet Nutcracker as a student instructor under the guidance of Brandi Matheson and Patricia McLeod, gaining valuable teaching and mentoring experience with young dancers.

Amber is also a graduate of Conestoga College’s Fitness and Health Promotion program and holds certifications in both personal and group fitness training. She enjoys combining her knowledge of fitness and dance to help inspire others to stay active and confident.

​Patricia McLeod

Instructor 

Mrs. McLeod founded Royal City School of Ballet and Jazz in 1979. She received her dance training in London, England at the Bush Davies Theatre School. She has her Solo Seal from the R.A.D. of which organization she is a Life Member. She has Associate status with the I.S.T.D in Modern Theatre, Cecchetti ballet and Imperial ballet.

Mrs. McLeod has choreographed and done workshops for GCVI, JF Ross, Bishop MacDonnell, Guelph Little Theatre, and the Guelph Spring Festival, as well as is a founding member of RCMPI for which she has both choreographed and directed productions. She is a former Board member of the Guelph Arts Council. She was

honoured by the nomination to be on the Wall of Fame at the GYC for her work with young people in Guelph and other communities.

Samantha Selihar

Instructor 

Samantha is a passionate and experienced dancer and teacher. She discovered her love for dance early in life and trained as a competitive dancer. After high school, she studied human anatomy and physiology at Sheridan College, then pursued her teaching career by completing the Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies with the Royal Academy of Dance to become a registered teacher.

She continued her education with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance Education, earning the Iris Truscott Scholarship along the way. Samantha also holds certifications with I.D.A. International Dance Arts, Acrobatic Arts (AAC2), Progressing Ballet Technique, ADAPT, and is a certified AcroDance Competition Adjudicator and a member of the Professional Adjudicators Alliance.

As a teacher, Samantha brings energy, professionalism, and a commitment to high standards. She creates a supportive learning environment that promotes technical excellence, personal growth, and mutual respect among her students.
