Madison Dal Bello

Owner/ Director

Acrobatic Arts Module 2, Alexa Flexibility, PAA

Born and raised in Guelph, ON, Madison has been dancing since the age of four,. During her dance career she has competed all over Ontario. Madison is a dynamic and results-driven dance instructor and Director.  With more than 10 Years experience in teaching and choreographing, Madison understands how to get the best out of her dancers. Under her direction Elite Dance Project has brought home many wins, choreography awards and overalls.  Madison has gone through many training programs to ensure her dancers are learning the most current education.  She had graduated from Centennial College Dance Performance Program in Toronto in 2019, Module 1 Alixa Flexibility, Professional Adjudicator Alliance, Millennium Dance Complex Certificate Program as well as Module 2 Acrobatic Arts (with distinction).   She has taken classes with many choreographers and has learned many different styles in both United States and Canada.  As a studio owner, dance instructor and adjudicator, giving all the information and knowledge learned so far to her students will help them grow and succeed into our new generation!

Stephany Collins

Instructor

Stephany has been in the industry as a competitive dancer and teacher for over 30 years,

she has had the pleasure of training with many renowned artists including Gus Giordano , Keith Diorio ,Matthew Clark, Allain Lupien, Faye & Brian Foley, Scott Kufske, Anna Marie Oliver and Jo-Anne Chapman.

Stephany is technically trained in the CDTA syllabus with the advanced certificates in tap and jazz . She received the prestigious mark of high honours in her advanced tap exam. She is also trained in Dance Masters of America where she received her teachers training certificate .

Over the years Stephany has helped many dancers achieve their dancing dreams many of them are still in the industry today as studio owners, teachers, performers and adjudicators .

She is so very proud to be a part of this exciting new team with her former assistant Madison!

Abigail Marvin

Instructor

Abby discovered her love for dance at the age of five and has since developed a deep passion for teaching; where she finds joy in encouraging, educating, and inspiring dancers of all ages. She trained extensively in a variety styles throughout her years as a competitive dancer at The Dance Class in Milton, Ontario. Abby has successfully completed her Canadian Dance Teacher Association (CDTA) primary jazz exam levels, as well as her Cecchetti Intermediate level ballet exam. At the age of 17, she began leading summer camps which led to her teaching her weekly classes throughout the dance season. These classes performed in both in studio showcases and end of year recitals. Committed to ongoing professional development, Abby has consistently attended the Toronto Dance Teacher Expo where she participates in seminars, updates her teaching certifications and builds new connections. Abby is currently attending the University of Guelph for a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Marketing Management.

Amber Dow
Instructor

Amber Dow has grown up dancing in the Guelph community since she was three. Started at the former Tip Tap and Toes, Little Gym, and has trained at Royal City School of Ballet for the past ten years. While at Royal City she completed her ISTD Grade 5 Modern Theater Jazz, RAD Intermediate Foundation and Intermediate examinations, now training in RAD Advanced 1 and 2 syllabus. For the past three years, Amber has been assisting the Jorgen Ballet Nutcracker as a student instructor under Brandi Matheson and Patrica McLeod. This year she will be taking the title of Head Instructor alongside Brandi Matheson. Amber is entering her first year at Conestoga College in their Fitness and Health Promotion Program, working towards her certifications in personal and group fitness training to help her continue her passion for guiding others to live an active and healthy lifestyle.

Patricia McLeod

Instructor

Mrs. McLeod founded Royal City School of Ballet and Jazz in 1979. She received her dance training in London, England at the Bush Davies Theatre School. She has her Solo Seal from the R.A.D. of which organization she is a Life Member. She has Associate status with the I.S.T.D in Modern Theatre, Cecchetti ballet and Imperial ballet.​

Mrs. McLeod has choreographed and done workshops for GCVI, JF Ross, Bishop MacDonnell, Guelph Little Theatre, and the Guelph Spring Festival, as well as is a founding member of RCMPI for which she has both choreographed and directed productions. She is a former Board member of the Guelph Arts Council. She was honoured by the nomination to be on the Wall of Fame at the GYC for her work with young people in Guelph and other communities.
